What We Do
We purchase undervalued properties that are in bankruptcy, foreclosure, or undervalued due to current market conditions or disrepair. Each property is then looked at to either renovate or build new for the purposes of leasing and eventual sale after marketing conditions bear out so. Some renovations are as simple as paint, floors, curb appeal while others could be more complicated zoning changes in order to build new. Each project is look at individually as to costs and the long term plan for the property.
All development and property management are handled by Grey Street Investing therefore cutting down costs paid to outside companies. We function as the general contractor, construction manager and property manager upon completion.
